About DHS GSP
American Ops ATS Joint Venture is a Prime on the Defense Health Agency’s (DHA) Geographic Service Provider (GSP) contract .
This is a 10-year, $2.4 billion Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract that aims to modernize the DHA’s IT infrastructure and improve healthcare services for the military.
The contract provides for a wide range of standardized IT support services to the Office of IT (OIT) and Medical Treatment Facilities and Other Lines of Business, both CONUS and OCONUS.

The scope encompasses nine key areas: IT Service Desk; Database, Application, and Web Development; Identity Management and Desktop Support; Data Center Operations; Information Assurance; Network Operations; Telecommunications; Clinical Informatics; and Information Business Operations.
This Master IDIQ aims to standardize and enhance IT support throughout DHA facilities, with contractors delivering a wide array of IT tasks and services that may augment enterprise capabilities.
