Leadership Team

Mr. Nault is a proven GOVCON executive with over 40 years of experience in the fields of Federal Government contracting, financial services and technology. He has a strong background in corporate operations, information technology, and finance that is being applied to Defense, National Security and Civilian Programs. Under his leadership American Ops is expanding its business and delivering a diversified set of quality IT infrastructure & professional services to its Federal clients.

He spent over 19 years at BlueWater Federal Solutions, and previously, 17 years at Ford Motor Company where he held several positions in operations, finance, and executive management at the Ford Credit subsidiary. Mr. Nault also serves as a member of the Board of Directors for the National Spine Health Foundation, a global patient-focused, 501(c)(3) non-profit dedicated to driving the transformation of spinal health care through research, education, and patient advocacy for the millions of people suffering from neck and back pain. Mr. Brady currently serves as President and Principal of American Operations Corporation (AOC), where he is leading the revitalization and repositioning of the firm. In this role, he oversees enterprise growth strategy, business development, capture management, pricing, and marketing. He has positioned AmOps as a prime contractor on key federal vehicles including GSA OASIS+, U.S. Navy NxGen, GSA MAS, and USAF SBEAS, while building an opportunity pipeline exceeding $1.5 billion and expanding capabilities in predictive analytics, applied AI/ML, battlespace interoperability, and global logistics.

Victor brings over 35 years of experience from his distinguished Department of the Navy (DON) career, including Performing the Duties of the Under Secretary of the Navy and three years as the Deputy Under Secretary of the Navy for Intelligence and Security, where he was responsible for overseeing all Intelligence, Counterintelligence, Sensitive Activities, Special Operations, and Irregular Warfare. He also served as the DON Security Executive/Senior Agency Official, leading the DON Security Enterprise.

Prior to his civilian assignments, Victor served as a Naval Intelligence Officer, with assignments in the Pentagon, Hawaii, and supporting Intelligence, Reconnaissance and Surveillance operations. He also supported Navy Research, Development and Acquisition efforts through Operational Test and Evaluation of next generation UAS platforms.

As a member of leadership, Victor will help guide American Ops as we continue to grow and strengthen our partnerships across the defense and national security enterprise.  He will provide leadership, strategic insight, direction, and integrity to the American Ops team as we take on new challenges and opportunities in national security, defense innovation, technology, communications, and security infrastructure.

 Mr. Pryor leads American Operations Corporations business operations, leveraging over 30 years of professional experience in the telecommunications and Federal government contracting. He has worked for over 25 years leading, implementing and delivering successful solutions for Federal defense and civilian clients.

 Prior to joining American Ops, he served as EGlobaltech’s Sr Director of Business Solutions. There he managed a portfolio of clients across multiple federal agencies including DHS, GSA and DoD with responsibility for the successful delivery of EGlobaltech’s services and solutions and client relationships.
