Mr. Brady currently serves as President and Principal of American Operations Corporation (AOC), where he is leading the revitalization and repositioning of the firm. In this role, he oversees enterprise growth strategy, business development, capture management, pricing, and marketing. He has positioned AmOps as a prime contractor on key federal vehicles including GSA OASIS+, U.S. Navy NxGen, GSA MAS, and USAF SBEAS, while building an opportunity pipeline exceeding $1.5 billion and expanding capabilities in predictive analytics, applied AI/ML, battlespace interoperability, and global logistics.
