About GSA OASIS Plus
American Ops and its AAS Joint Venture are Primes on GSA’s One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services Plus (OASIS+) under the Intelligence and Technical & Engineering Domains. Oasis + a suite of government wide, multi-award contracts designed to support federal agencies’ procurement requirements for services-based solutions. This suite of services contracts is available for use by agencies throughout the Federal Government. Task orders may be awarded by November 2034, the respective task orders’ Period of Performance may extend through 2039.
OASIS+ Scope and American Ops Domains
The OASIS+ contracts cover both CONUS and OCONUS services that are primarily noncommercial, with the allowance for commercial services task orders classified and unclassified. All OASIS+ task orders must be within scope of the respective OASIS+ IDIQ contract, provided the Ordering Contracting Officer (OCO) determines the principal purpose NAICS code for the order to be one of the OASIS+ NAICS codes.
Technical and Advisory Domain (47QRCA25DS575TE0002)
This domain includes requirements to provide specific engineering, geoscience, or other technical professional skills, such as those performed by engineers, geologists, geophysicists, and technicians, required to handle specific operating conditions and problems for the benefit of the government. Work under this Domain typically involves the application of physical laws and principles of engineering in the design, development, and utilization of machines, materials, instruments, processes, and systems; and providing expert advice and assistance on technical functions and issues.
Intelligence Services Domain (47QRCA25DS767)
This domain focuses on Command, Control, Communications, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance mission requirements. Organizational and technological capabilities improve situational awareness and enhance command and control strategies within defense and intelligence environments.
